Welcome to our 2026 Bass Law and One Way Hoops March Madness Bracket Challenge! We’re excited to have you competing for some serious bragging rights — and even better prizes.

A brief reminder: Get your bracket(s) in before the pick deadline and make sure to review the pool settings. Only the main 64 teams that make up a standard bracket are included (i.e. the play-in games, or 'first four', are NOT included).

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required to enter or win this contest. Participation is free.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Georgia, age 18 or older.
Employees of Bass Law, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are eligible to play but not to win prizes.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
Begins: March 1, 2026
Ends: April 8, 2026, following the conclusion of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship.
Winners will be notified within 7 days of the final game.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Complete a bracket predicting the outcomes of the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament games.
Entries must be submitted via Splash Sports/RunYourPool by March 18, 2026.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. SKILL-BASED CONTEST
Winners are determined based on the accuracy of bracket predictions.
Scoring will follow the official bracket scoring rules created by Splash Sports/RunYourPool.
This is a skill-based contest, not a game of chance.
6. PRIZES
Perfect Bracket: $10,000
1st Place: $1,000
2nd Place: $500
3rd Place: $250
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents except as stated.
7. TIE-BREAKER
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the closest total combined points scored in the championship game.
8. TAXES
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Prizes valued at $600 or more will require the winner to provide a Social Security Number for IRS reporting (Form 1099-MISC).
9. LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bass Law and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or prize acceptance.
10. MARKETING & PUBLICITY
By entering the bracket challenge, participants consent to receive marketing, promotional, or general communications from Bass Law, LLC via email at the email address provided. These communications may include updates, legal information, promotions, and future offers. Participants may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in emails or by contacting Bass Law. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes by Bass Law without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Bass Law reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs its integrity.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Rules

  • Members pick all 63 games of the NCAA Tournament.
  • The pick deadline is set to March 19, 2026 at 12:15 PM ET.
  • Each participant is limited to a single entry in the contest.
  • Points are awarded for each correct pick.
  • Points values increase as the tournament progresses, as follows:
    • Play-in games are not included or scored
    • First Round = 1 point
    • Second Round = 2 points
    • Sweet 16 = 4 points
    • Regional Final (Round of 8) = 8 points
    • National Semifinal (Last Four) = 16 points
    • Championship = 32 points
  • The contest does not use a seed point bonus. Correct picks will be awarded the points assigned for each round.
  • The tie-breaker is the combined number of points scored in the Championship game. Each member must enter a tie-break value when they make their picks.
  • The winner is the entry with the most points at the end of the NCAA Tournament.
