PHS Men's Soccer-World Cup Challenge 2026

Welcome to The 2026 World Cup Challenge Pool!

This pool includes both the group stage and knockout stage. In the group stage, you will predict the finishing position of each team in their respective groups. Predictions for the group stage must be made by June 11th, at which time payment is due. Once the group stage is over, the knockout stage pick sheet will be available, where you will fill out a bracket for the 32 teams in the field. You must fill out your bracket by Sunday, June, 28th. Point breakdowns and pick deadlines can be found under the pool settings. Whoever accumulates the most points will win half the pot, while the other half goes to the PHS Boy's Soccer Boosters.

• There are no restrictions on how many entries a member can have in the contest.
• Members will submit two sets of picks.
  • Before the tournament starts, members will submit their picks for the group stage. For this pick sheet, members will guess the finishing position for each country in each group.
  • When the group stage is over, members will submit their picks for the knockout stage in a standard bracket pick sheet, picking the winner for each game.
• The pick deadline for the group stage will be when the first game starts, and is currently set to June 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET.
• Members will receive the following points for each correct group finishing position:

  	First:	1 pt.
  	Second:	1 pt.
  	Third:	1 pt.
  	Fourth:	1 pt.

• Members will receive the following points for each correct pick in the knockout stage:

  	Round of 32:	1 pt.
  	Round of 16:	2 pts.
  	Quarter Final:	4 pts.
  	Semi Final:	8 pts.
  	Final:	16 pts.

• The tie-breaker is the total number of goals in all 31 games of the knockout round, excluding shootout goals.
