Welcome to the 2026 Texas Medical Institute March Madness Bracket Challenge
A brief reminder: Get your bracket(s) in before the pick deadline and make sure to review the pool settings. Only the main 64 teams that make up a standard bracket are included (i.e. the play-in games, or 'first four', are NOT included). Good luck to everyone.
Official Contest Rules
1. Sponsor
The Texas Medical Institute 2026 March Madness Bracket Challenge (“Contest”) is sponsored by Texas Medical Institute, located in Texas (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NCAA, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other social media platform used to promote the Contest.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas.
Participants may enter regardless of their physical location at the time of entry.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept a prize.
Employees of Texas Medical Institute are eligible to participate and win prizes.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Entry Period
The Contest entry period begins when the bracket challenge opens and ends immediately prior to the start of the first NCAA Tournament game.
All entries must be submitted before the deadline established on the contest platform.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Participants must submit one (1) tournament bracket through the official contest platform designated by the Sponsor.
Entrants must provide accurate registration information.
Limit one (1) bracket entry per person.
Attempts to submit multiple brackets, create multiple accounts, or otherwise circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or automated means are void.
5. Scoring
Brackets will be scored using the standard scoring system implemented by the contest platform.
The participant with the highest total score at the conclusion of the NCAA Tournament will be declared the Overall Contest Winner.
If two or more participants are tied for the highest score, the winner will be determined by the total game score tiebreaker.
6. Winner Verification
Potential winners must verify eligibility and provide proof of Texas residency if requested.
Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and verify eligibility.
If a winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All prize winners will also be required to complete any tax documentation required by law.
8. Publicity Release
By entering the Contest, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules
• Cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if technical failures, fraud, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Contest
• Interpret and enforce these Official Rules at its sole discretion
All decisions by the Sponsor are final.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical malfunctions or failures of the contest platform
• Internet or software issues that interfere with participation
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest
By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
